Unfortunately, there are only a few shows that have new episodes during the summer. When you work a long day and are completely exhausted, sometimes you just want to sit down and lay on the couch, doing nothing. Well, there are a couple of tv shows that have new episodes during the summer. Which ones are they?

The new episodes during the summer are as follows:

Boston Med – This is a show that follows around a bunch of the residents that are located at the hospitals of MGH, Women’s and Children’s Hospitals in Boston. It is on its second season; last year it was at Johns Hopkins.

Entourage – Traditionally a summer show, its enjoying its seventh season this summer and has come back better than ever.

Rookie Blue – A show about a bunch of first year cops. Don’t really know much about it other than it looked terrible.

The Good Guys – Another cop show. Don’t know much about it.

Top Chef – Another solid show for those who enjoy reality tv and food.

Flashpoint – Yet another cop show.

Weeds – Another HBO favorite about a mother who sells pot.

True Blood – Yet another HBO favorite. I don’t know what the craze is with vampires, but its viral.

There are a few others but these are the most popular ones. The rest are new or just so obscure I had never heard of them. Have you watched/do you watch any of these? What do you think? Can it compete with the regular tv schedule of the year or no?
