What is CNET River?

I just noticed that CNET has a new feature – CNET.com River. I hadn’t noticed it before today but I also don’t often goto CNET. Apparently, they set up a new “news” feed type of feature where you can have it filter certain stories, sort of in a personal blog fashion.
